Terms of use

Your account and profile

Keep your password and recovery key private. You are responsible for the information and links you publish. Only upload content you have permission to use. Do not impersonate others, publish someone else’s private details without permission, or use HADA-ANA for harmful or unlawful content.

Card-connected profiles

Account access comes with a confirmed card order. After activation, you can edit and publish the profile connected to your card, or return it to draft. Published profiles are public.

Physical card orders

Submitting the order form sends a request. It does not charge you or confirm an order. We contact you to confirm personalization, delivery, any delivery cost, payment, and applicable cancellation or return details before you proceed. Bundle prices apply to cards connected to the same profile.

Compatibility and availability

NFC sharing depends on the receiving phone and its settings. QR codes provide another way to open a profile. An internet connection is needed. Service availability may be interrupted for maintenance or unexpected issues.

Account restrictions

We may suspend accounts that misuse the service or threaten other users. Suspended profiles and their cards become unavailable. Contact us if you believe a restriction is a mistake.
