What we store

HADA-ANA stores your account name, email, protected password and recovery-key hashes, session records, profile details, uploaded photos, links, card assignments, orders, and support messages.

What people can see

Published profiles are public. We ask search engines not to index them, but this is not an access restriction. Only add information you want to share. Hidden contact fields and hidden links are excluded from the public profile. Draft profiles do not appear at their public URL. Anyone with a private preview link can view that preview.

Activity and cookies

We record profile visits and actions such as contact downloads and link clicks, along with their source and time. These are activity counts, not a count of unique people. We do not fingerprint visitors. A necessary cookie keeps you logged in. Short-lived hashed request identifiers help limit abuse.

Card-linked accounts

Your account is created during card fulfillment. You manage your profile details. Admin manages card assignments, short routes, and QR assets for NFC programming and printing.

How we use your details

We use them to provide your profile, manage access, connect cards, fulfill order requests, and answer support messages. Website hosting and storage providers process the data needed to operate the service. Your order contact details are available to HADA-ANA administrators.

Your controls

Edit or hide your details, return your profile to draft, or disable a lost card from your account. Existing contact downloads, screenshots, and copies made by others are outside these controls.

Retention and requests

We retain account and service records while needed to operate your account, handle orders, and resolve support or abuse issues. To request access, correction, or deletion, contact HADA-ANA. We may need to verify that the account is yours before acting.
